I am looking to build a relational database using sharepoint online. I intend to have a number of list apps and document libraries which are linked together in parent and child relationships. I want to setup role base user access so that each user who logs in gets presented with a custom interface designed for their particular role. I wish to make a template for this relational database/team site so that I can copy it an implement it for many different organisations. I require you to use powerapps to develop custom app interfaces for specific roles to enter and gather data related to various list apps and document library's. I intend to create an overall brief project requirements documents to give a big picture idea of what I require at the end of the project and then break this down into smaller more detailed work scopes so that we have project milestones to work to and have a progressive roll out over a period of time. I have attached a test case scope of works. The majority of tasks within this scope gives an idea of the type of outcomes I am looking for. If you can complete all of the tasks within this test case then I am confident you will be able to tackle the main project.

We are in the process of building a SharePoint site from the ground up and need to hire additional developers. The site consists of multiple subsites that are all non-related. All of the content generation will be done by us, we just need help finishing up some custom webparts and styling. Custom webparts include: Comments Vendor list Notifications Custom document library with cover flow Multiple full screen options Email enable library that drives notifications Forum page – sitewide and subsite (public or private) Classifieds page- sitewide These are all in some state of completion but need to be tested or completed. Also, the site uses bootstrap and we will need to go through and make sure everything is responsive and works accordingly. Need help with creating Tier Structure implementation using javascript, Sharepoint db. Project Details: There is an application where user can full up a form for authorization request. This request would pass though various tiers for approval. On submit It would be initially redirected to Business approver of Tier 1 for that particular module. Once Approver takes action on it, It would be passed on to Tier 2 of business approver. This process continues for all number of tiers present for that particular module in business approver. I am looking for a low cost, talented IT professional who I can trust for execution help and advice ongoing on a very part-time basis (very rarely would more than 10 hours per week be required). The ideal candidate is very fluent in English as there will be a need for regular verbal communication with me during hours during a mutually agreeable time from 8am - 3pm Pacific Central Time. In addition, email will be a regularly used method for communication, so, ability to write clearly and concisely is a must. Experience implementing, designing, and programming for Sharepoint and Access are the most required technical skills. The first stage of the project will be advise and/or help with transitioning the current email solution (GoDaddy) to Office 365 while maintaining all emails and minimal disruptive time. A successful outcome will be the complete transition from GoDaddy to Microsoft Exchange by October 24th with a maximum of a night of downtime and all calendars (2) and emails (46 GoDaddy email accounts to 20 Office 365 email accounts). I envision this involving coaching me on how exactly to accomplish this, and potentially creating a procedure for me to follow. I am, however, open to other means to the end goal. The second stage of the project will be the implementation of SharePoint. This will primarily involve training and coaching me on how the capabilities of SharePoint, then executing on a design I create. The ideal outcome of this will be a expandable UI that all employees can access with appropriate permissions. The final stage of the project will be training me on and helping implement Microsoft Access Database(s) on SharePoint. The end result of this will be a transition of our Excel based systems to cloud based Access systems. The most challenging of which will be our invoicing system and linking to our QuickBooks Desktop database. You will be required to train me on and walk through all systems implemented.
