We are operating an Office 365 site collection for client & project management. We have a top level site for summary information with each client having their own site below that. Within each client site there is one or more project sites (using "Free BrightWork Project Lite Template for SharePoint 2013"). We want each of our team members to be able to update tasks assigned to them and enter their time against each task for payroll management. Team members have to be able to access this via mobile devices. My approach, unless you can offer a better alternative, is to create and populate a summary task list at the top level site, and then use power apps to make that list available for team members. The payroll manager requires access all the summary information from one source for collation and reporting.
