I am looking for a great Personal Trainer!
I am interested in a 30 minute once or twice a week, via video skype with me. I'd like to go over technique, track and analyze progress, and provide an ongoing progressive workout schedule/routine.
In general, I've been doing Crossfit for 3x/week for awhile, stopped 2 months ago because it was taking too much time. I'd like to start a new routine like Enter the Kettlebell DVD, P90x3 or something bodyweight driven. I've been using Sworkit Pro for some workouts recently and running.
