I need an Customer Care EXPERT in the Health and Fitness Industry to develop and automate a Customer Care plan to help us achieve our mission of improving the health of 10,000 families.
The successful applicant MUST have previous experience and be able to demonstrate their development and implementation of a similar plan. I'm looking for the successful applicant to write the content for each email/message to the client at each milestone and implement this automation.
* Customer Care Plan to include communication/contact at specific milestones:
Eg. Immediately following sale, 24 hrs post sale, 1 week post sale, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months etc plus 50 visits, 100 visits etc
* Birthday cards
* Free gifts
* Congratulations' letters for 20 sessions, 50, 100, 200 and each hundred thereafter
* Simple Customer Feedback Survey's
* Customer Referral System - to reward clients who bring in other clients/friends
* Weekly automated SMS
* Devise a list of free gifts relevant to our business and target market to be devised - can include eg. Free ebooks, reports, meal planning templates, vouchers, free week passes, home exercise plans, top 10 family outdoor activities to do with the kids etc
* 3 hours maximum per day to complete the task
* Daily conversation from Mon-Fri while job is in progress
* Cash bonus offered for exceptional work
* Must be able to fully implement this system using software/online programs
* Current PT and CRM software used by KSPT is 'Mindbody'
* Currently using Mailchimp for Newsletters and group emails
