Hello! I'm looking for someone to work with me to create weekly workouts for our blog. Ideally you would create all 4, at the start of each month (opposed to doing it weekly) so we can schedule them ahead of time.
The workouts would primarily be focused on the theme of "100 Calorie Workouts".
We already have illustrations and write ups of each exercise created, so your job would just be to tell us which exercises, how many reps or how long and the approximate total calorie burn for that workout.
Here are examples of what I'm looking for:
Ab Shredding Workout:
Total Workout Time: 10 Minutes
Total Calories Burnt: X
One Minute Burpee, One Minute Sit Ups, One Minute Mountain Climbers, One Minute V- Sit Ups, One Minute Plank, One Minute High Knees, One Minute Flutter Kick, One Minute Tuck Jump, One Minute Side Plank, One Minute Standing Oblique Crunches
Or Instead of doing time based workouts, you'd reccomend Exercise 1 , 10 reps, exercise 2, 60 reps etc. It's really up to you. The premise is that each workout burns 100 calories and each workout focuses on a different body part.
On occasion, I will be looking for more in depth workouts that are expanded versions of the 100 calorie workout and would last a full workout.
Rate: $20 Per 100 Calorie Workout , $50 Per In Depth Workout
I'm looking to establish a long term relationship with the applicant accepted. And we will explore other projects together going forward.
