Having so much fun doing the job that I enjoyed, Customer Service jobs were my focused when I can already work legally here in the United States. As an entry position, I was hired for Order Entry and was chosen to be trained as a Customer Care Specialist after 2 weeks of taking calls. It made me so proud that I was able to excel with this entry position and now I am planning to apply all the things that I've learned to guarantee a maximum customer service satisfaction in every situation.
