Hey! Thanks for checking out my profile. I specialize in taking ideas from sketch → 3D CAD → functional prototype → manufacturing-ready files. My work focuses on clean mechanics, tight tolerances, and real-world durability—whether you need a simple accessory or a highly functional mechanical part. Using Fusion 360, I create precise, parametric CAD models that are easy to revise, scale, and hand off to manufacturers. I also prototype in-house on my 3D printer to ensure proper fit, tolerance, and assembly before you commit to production. What I Do • 3D CAD Modeling (Fusion 360 / STEP / STL / OBJ) • Reverse engineering + recreating OEM/aftermarket parts • Mechanical + functional design • Prototyping + 3D print-ready files • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) for CNC machining + injection molding • Product visualization + photo-real renders Typical Projects • Consumer product design (bottles, accessories, small hardware) • Functional mechanisms (hinges, latches, magnetic assemblies) • CNC-ready motorcycle/automotive parts • Parts replicated from sketches, photos, or 3D scans • Custom housings, enclosures, brackets, plates, and assemblies How I Work • Fast communication, clear expectations, and incremental updates • Practical, manufacturing-minded design — no unnecessary complexity • Quick turnaround with high quality • Files delivered in the exact formats your machine shop needs If you have a rough sketch, a hand-drawn idea, a damaged part, or a vision in your head, I’d love to help bring it to life. Let’s build something real.

Industrial designer with 12+ years experience helping inventors and startups turn product ideas into real, manufacturable products. I specialize in product design, product development, prototype development, and hardware product engineering, guiding products from early concept through production. From concept development and mechanism design to production-ready CAD and manufacturing coordination, I manage the full product development process. I’ve led product development for Meta/Oculus, Tesla, Honeywell, Moen, and Cuisinart, and my work has received multiple international design awards including Red Dot: Best of the Best. I don’t just create nice renderings. I design products that can actually be manufactured. If you're an inventor with an idea: I help inventors turn early ideas into real products by guiding the entire product development process. If you’re unsure whether your idea is feasible, we can start with a short concept and feasibility phase to evaluate the product before investing in full development. I help you: • Validate feasibility before overspending on prototypes • Develop mechanisms and product architecture • Create production-ready CAD and prototype designs • Prepare files and documentation manufacturers can use • Navigate materials, manufacturing methods, and factory communication Even if this is your first product, I explain the process clearly and guide each step. If you’re a startup: I lead industrial design and product development from concept through manufacturing. I collaborate with engineering teams, prototype vendors, and manufacturers to ensure designs move efficiently toward production. All designs are developed with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) in mind to prevent expensive revisions later. What I deliver • Product concept development • Product architecture and mechanical design • Prototype design and development • CAD development (Rhino, SolidWorks) • Photorealistic rendering (KeyShot) • Functional prototyping support • DFM collaboration with manufacturers • Hardware–software integration How I work: • Clear scope and milestones upfront • Structured and efficient product development process • Direct, focused communication • Design decisions grounded in manufacturing reality Most engagements range from $5,000–$35,000 depending on scope. When reaching out, please include • What the product does • Who it's for • What stage you're at (idea / sketch / prototype / production) • Your estimated budget range If it’s a good fit, I’ll outline clear next steps.

Clean CAD is only one part of good product design. The real value is knowing why a part fails, why a prototype feels unfinished, why a manufacturer asks for changes, and how to redesign it before time and money are wasted. My experience is focused on industrial product design, 3D CAD modeling, 2D technical drafting, product visualization, enclosure design, plastic and metal parts, brackets, housings, assemblies, and prototype ready files. I pay close attention to the details that usually create problems later, including wall thickness, draft, ribs, bosses, fillets, clearances, tolerance, fastener access, assembly order, material choice, and manufacturing limitations. Many designs look good in a render but fail when they are sent for 3D printing, CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, or assembly, so I always design with the next step in mind. When I review or rebuild a design, I look for weak geometry, interference, poor proportions, unnecessary complexity, unclear drawings, and areas where the product can be made simpler, stronger, cleaner, or more cost effective. My work style is practical and detail driven. I ask the right questions early, share clear updates, explain design decisions, and make sure the final files are understandable for both technical and non technical people. If something is wrong in the model, I do not hide it with a better render. I fix the structure, clean the CAD, improve the drawing, and prepare the design so the next person in the process can actually use it. What matters most in my business is reliability, clear communication, and delivering design files that reduce confusion, reduce prototype mistakes, and move the product closer to real production. I am a good fit for clients who need more than a basic CAD operator and want someone who can think through product form, function, manufacturing, and presentation together.
