The Global Alliance consists of the World Economic Forum, the International Chamber of Commerce and, the Center for International Private Enterprise and is supported by the governments of Australia, Canada, Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. It provides the Government of Vietnam with technical assistance in implementing commitments of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement.
