I can create custom 3D designs as well as manufacture the parts to complete your project. I use a DFM (Design For Manufacturability) approach to make sure parts are cost effective to produce. ❔ Do you have minimum quantity order requirements? No. Projects can include a single component, multi-part assemblies, or even small production quantities up to 2000 pieces. ❔ What Manufacturing Methods Do You Use? In my prototype lab I have FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and SLA (Stereolithography) 3D printers as well as laser cutting and 3-axis CNC machining. I also have a network of suppliers to manufacture components using SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), Multi-Jet Fusion, 5-axis milling, or injection molding. ❔ What industries do you specialize in? I work with clients from various industries, however, my specialty is in industrial applications including manufacturing, robotics, IOT, and scientific research. ❔ How quick can you start? Lead times can be as low as 4 days but varies depending on the scope of work and manufacturing requirements. ❔ How will we communicate? We will start communicating through the UpWork messaging system. Video conferences are used for virtual design review meetings. You can view 3D design files using the cloud-based CAD program OnShape. Many projects will include 3D printed samples that are shipped to you so you can validate the design before using more advanced manufacturing methods. ❔ How do I get started?
