LEDGER RECONCILIATION: Identifying and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and ledger entries to ensure ending balances match. AUDIT-READY CLEANUP: Locating and correcting duplicate entries, journal errors, and miscategorized transactions from prior periods. PAYROLL DATA SUPPORT: Verifying payroll journal entries and ensuring multi-state tax liabilities (941/W-2/1099) are reflected accurately in the ledger. DOCUMENTATION & REPORTS: Generating standard financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) for Client review without providing interpretive analysis or advice.
