Tervehdys kaikille! I'm a native Finnish creative writer from a very international household, in our house we communicate in three languages - Finnish, German and English. I speak fluent English and I'm capable of producing natural and thoughtful translations from English to Finnish and vice versa. I've graduated from university with a degree in Creative Writing. My minor was Literature so I could say I’m highly familiar with Finnish language, both written and spoken. When I write I don't just type. I really put creativity into all my writing. Direct translations hardly ever work. It takes creativity to make things sound good. To make them stand out in a world where just about everyone can start a blog and become a writer. My goal is to create text that is distinctive and unique. One of the first lessons in a school of writing is about how to take feedback and use it to improve your writing. I'm more than willing to do that so the results will satisfy the customer. I spent over a decade working in the restaurant business doing pretty much everything possible from busgirl to manager. A restaurant is a hectic environment where you've got to learn how to work with a lot of different kind of people like angry chefs and hungry customers. Where you need to perform as efficiently as humanly possible with a smile on your face. Even though I left the field with a "never again" on my mind I still greatly respect it. It taught me a lot. In those ten plus years I studied audio visual communications so I have a pretty good understanding of the media scene. Also living in a few different countries and getting kids have expanded my perspective and increased my general knowledge.

I'm a student from Finland speaking and writing Finnish fluently due to being native speaker of Finnish. I have studied English for 13 years in school and have been using English everyday. Finnish-English translations are no problem for me. I'm well reachable and always ready for a new job with my positive approach.
