Scope of Work The selected CPA will be responsible for: Performing a Fair Market Value (FMV) appraisal of the company's intangible assets, including intellectual property, trademarks, brand value, customer relationships, proprietary business assets, and other applicable intangible assets. Determining which liabilities of the Wyoming LLC should transfer to the newly formed Delaware C-Corporation. Providing an IRC §357(c) analysis and sign-off regarding liabilities transferred in excess of basis, if applicable.
