We've done work for Google, HP, Intuit, Firefox, Sony and dozens of startups. Our team includes former engineers from Uber, Google, SpaceX, Walmart Labs, and ex-Silicon Valley VC investors and business development managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE...
Your job will be to systematize and scale our San Francisco/Los Angeles-based six figure digital agency business to a seven figure business. We've already discovered and verified strategies to generate profit. You will need to systematize, duplicate, and scale what is working to reach the goal.
You will engage with customers at all stages of the clients development lifecycle. You are comfortable using presentations, email, phone and social media to connect with customers. We are looking for team players that can educate clients (everyone from developers to product managers to C-level executives) on agile design processes, the latest technology stacks. You are a sales engineer at heart that can empathize with customers and quickly discern their true technical needs by asking detailed and clarifying questions and presenting solutions that target those needs. You will need to be adept at identifying technical opportunities. You will be able to grow with us and help us build our business development team.
You will need to be driven, and have an ability to quickly communicate complex ideas on technical topics.
We are not looking for a consultant but someone who will be leading the agency from ground up. Lets build something great together!
