On my company we rent cars, vans, provide driver's services, etc... for every wedding or party we sell, we need to call all of our providers to see availability and negociate the price. So we call Van drivers, car owners, bus companies, helicópter owners, etc.
We already have a CRM system but we do not have anything to register or track the upcoming events/sales... What I'm looking for is a System (web or installed) that we can register all of our providers, register the events we've sold something and register on these events which providers we will be using for each service that was hired for that event.
And we need buttons to say if our employee sent the providers information to the bride (driver's name, mobile number, time of arrival, etc) and that the driver has received all the information needed (addresses, time, mobile number of the bride, etc)
Basically we need a system that controls everything from the sale to the end of the service.
PS: there will be more features then the ones described here.. just have in mind that we need a user friendly system where we can register providers (name, company, contacts, services he has, type, etc), services (cars, vans, buses, helicopters, etc) and events (weddings, parties, tourism services, time of service, who will do it, when, etc)
