Looking for a salesforce implementation project to be complete completed. Experience with Pardot is a must and integrations.
At the moment we have quite a few campaigns going out but it feels we are not getting the responses compared to the volume of emails going out. We are looking for someone to review our existing Pardot campaigns, make changes & suggestions to assist with better engagement. Once this is completed we would like to set out other implementations using Pardot that include automated emails going out when someone visits our web site, when someone clicks on an email from a Pardot campaign and pulling data from other sources.
We are currently using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) to manage all of the inbound leads that we get on our website. We use Google Ads as well for our marketing. We have a few issues at the moment that we need improving and solving: - In Pardot the reporting has been attributed to just one campaign. We need to fix that so Pardot reflects GA4 accurately. - Leads were showing up in Pardot, but not in analytics or ads (in terms of conversions) Overall, we need someone to make sure that everything is showing up end-to-end properly, alongside other administrative tasks for Pardot such as making sure it is properly integrated with Sales Cloud and being able to attribute closed opportunities and deals won to the appropriate camapign. We look to implement this as well down the line: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6179720?hl=en So we are largely looking for someone who can work with us on this kind of issues and fix them for us. You should have a large strong expertise and experience in this kind of thing.
