Sangamesh Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing End to End Hirings for different Business, Portfolios & towers from attracting the talent till onboarding.
- Develop, drive, and implement recruitment strategy and execute hiring plans
- Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all Business, stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues.
- Managing Team size of 15 People
- Supporting the team specially the Niche and critical Hirings
- Play talent advisory and consult hiring managers on hiring needs, Job descriptions and hiring process
- Lead and coach team members to ensure team productivity and high performance
- Allocate resources and workforce to meet recruitment requirements
- Involved in Initiating the Intake meetings with Hiring Managers/ stake holders.
- Responsible for the operational excellence
- Regular discussion with Team to understand the deliveries, Improvement areas
- Managing the team Performance
- Preparing the weekly Governance meeting and sharing the same with Business SPOCS
- Preparing the Monthly Business Review document and presenting the same with Business
- Responsible and make sure that Hiring managers have good experience in the Hiring Process.

1) Received appreciation email and reward from OLA Electric TA Head for successful IIT Campus drive and able to achieve the set target of 103 resources has been Onboarded .
2) Received the appreciation emails from Jonathan Gould – Director -Talent Acquisition -SITA – MEIA for my good work and closing the Niche skill roles and received BRAVO Award.
3) Received Appreciation emails and LinkedIn recommendation from staffing consultant –SITA –Christy Catolico and one from Dee Abdi – Europe Colleague.
4) Based upon my best support, SITA client itself has invited me to Dubai to meet the team, senior stake holders, HRBP, hiring managers to gain knowledge, to get the more insight about the client and met all the Management team and the major stake holders and undergone 4 days discussion with Business and stake holders at SITA Dubai office.
