Over the years of attending to customers' concerns, both face to face and over the phone, I was able to learn and apply various skills of interaction. Customers' concerns come in various forms and I am able to gauge my approach depending on their attitude while maintaining a sense of professionalism. Overtime, conflicts became easier to resolve while being able to explain it in a way where the customer would have an easier time understanding should the issue become complicated.
