The following is the job responsibilities of The Community Interactions Specialist:
• Oversees all marketing content initiatives, across multiple online social platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behaviour
• Collaboration with other Marketing team members, Operations and Development teams to help develop the strategy used for social platforms and consistently updating the strategy
• Consistent engagement with users, both individual and business users across multiple social platforms (Engagement includes feedback in terms of customer service, sales, marketing and general educational engagement)
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
