I need an experienced Facebook advertiser that understands the policies appeals process, ultimately being able to overturn an incorrect decision to ban my site from posting ads. One of my competitors was able to convince the FB policies team that my product violates listing policies, but it doesn't. I have appealed to the FB team, with no response. I need someone that has experienced this issue before and successfully overturned these verdicts. Reference info: My product is call ARMagLock. http://armaglock.com Per my understanding, the policy states you cannot advocate the sale of "weapons, ammunition, or explosives; or any derivative thereof. My ads (or product) don't violate this policy. My ads are for a safety lock, just like a bike lock or a home safe. The product I sell is not an assault weapon accessory, it is actually designed to maintain a "featureless rifle" and avoid registering it as an assault weapon. Technically my product is a compliance lock the turns an assault weapon into a regular rifle.

This is a great opportunity to create a social media campaign that can be as crazy and off the wall as you can imagine. The potential to create an original, shareable and news worthy campaign based around our products is massive. We’re a European based herbal highs company. We have thousands of happy customers and are looking to create a social media campaign that let’s more people know about our products. Ideally, we are looking for a person or agency that has a liberal attitude about our industry; someone who understands that people use our products responsibly and with a level of education and enjoyment. We need a person who can create a clear vision and strategy for us, someone who knows how to identify the market, create relevant content and has a voice that our customers can relate to. Video editing would be an advantage since we are presently creating a YouTube channel. We have a great presenter featuring footage of interviews and user experiences.

PreReq: Pinterest Business Best Practice Videos: https://business.pinterest.com/en/pinterest-guides * 25-30 hours work over thirty days (August), 16 of those needed week one of the project * Pay = $20 an hour ------------ Key things to understand about this project: #1- This is not to merely get my our retail store a presence on Pinterest. We would be bringing you in to help us set things up is for the purpose of pre-positioning enough content to be able to effectively market via Pinterest as soon as possible. Thus, the immediate turnaround need is to get the basic boards set up, with a handful of promotable pins (of different types). This is the urgent priority. However, filling out those boards as a whole, is not needed until the end of August. Deadline One: All the boards set up with a handful of high value pins posted = ASAP Deadline Two: Fill out the boards with a cross-section of high value pins each week, over the next (30) days (August). #2- In the business Pinterest videos that I linked, they talk about three types of pins, one of those being rich pins. Rich pins are limited in focus, one of those being recipes. We have TONS of recipes that come from years of cooking classes. We are currently identifying our top (12) recipes, which will include within a single coupon with each recipe, for the featured healthy ingredient. #3- One of our owners is a well known teacher. As a result, a key piece to our content strategy is her video blogs and for subsrcibers, free hour long workshops (shot live). We would really like to promote these pins but in the Pinterest video, it states videos cannot be promoted, so I am unsure how we get people to our blog? The blog, visiting the website, signing up for our list, those are the BIG actions we want our Pinterest respondents to take. #4- In one of the Best Practices videos we found (not the linked page), they state that keywords should be repeated in board titles and descriptions. You will notice, for example, that the word “simple” is often found in the various board titles of this site here: https://www.pinterest.com/simplemills/ That's not our company nor is it a competitor, but we are in the wellness field, thus, its a good example. The words for us include “Nutrition” and “Wellness”. Ideally, we would have some Wisconsin word targeting in all of the board descriptions. People typically seek out us for common health reasons (heart disease & heart health, diabetes, allergies, sleep, energy), to counter the side affects of medication and/or general wellness. This is just a small sampling, but having a Heart Heatlh & Wellness - board will be key, rinse and repeat with regards to the other themes we have noted and will give you. As in, we will need specifc boards set-up wtih all that in mind. #5- We are budgeting (16) hours for a rapid turn around (week one) on setting up the boards and getting us enough epic, broad ranging types pins to start advertising ASAP. Once that is done, you would then have about (4) hours a week for three weeks, to produce the remaining pins.

our company has 12 drive through coffee stands. The baristas wear bikinis. http://www.cowgirlsespresso.com/ We have done very little to build a good web presence and have done no social media marketing. Some of our stands don't even show up when you do a search in google or apple maps. Our listing rank in yelp is poor. I would like someone to work on all of this, and get some presence on facebook too. The 30 baristas can be relied on to post messages etc if we have someone directing them as to what to post when.
