I am looking at exporting Kopi Luwak coffee from Bali, Indonesia - First through an online store selling to individuals with the potential of exporting larger commercial quantities to retailers.
I want to know everything about the Kopi Luwak industry. Where and how it is produced, what it sells for, how price is determined, how is quality accessed, greatest consumers of Kopi Luwak, negative perceptions of industry, etc.
I want to know what licences/certification I need to assure the quality of my coffee – i.e. international certification, Indonesian certification.
I want to know what I need to do to export from Bali, Indonesia - licences, export taxes, transportation methods and costs, etc.
I want to know the largest importers and consumers of Kopi Luwak and what I need to do to export from Indonesia and import into these countries – what condition the bean needs to be in (roasted, green or powder for example), what certifications are needed, if grading certificates are required, etc. Also what expenses my buyers might incur when importing, i.e. import taxes for individuals and wholesalers/retailers.
After reading the report, I want to know exactly what I need to do to start up an online Kopi Luwak business.
- The Kopi Luwak industry,
- What I need to avoid in the industry,
- What I need to guarantee the quality of my coffee,
- What I need to know about, and what I need (licenses and certification) to export/import from Bali, Indonesia into the top 5 importing countries of Kopi Luwak.
If you think you have the experience and are interested in writing this report, please send me through a proposal.
