I am an Occupational Therapist. I produce lengthy reports that require an understanding of medical terminology. I need someone to transcribe my dictated reports, format the report so it looks professional, and proof read the report so that it is at a medicolegal standard of work. I need advice on software to use so I can send my dictations and you can transcribe at the other end. I need you to sign a confidentiality clause prior to commencing the work due to the personal and provide information the reports may contain. Most reports have a template that I can send to you to lay the information out in the required format. Some reports shall have a basic template / layout. I may need you to develop templates for me. I shall need you to insert my company logo, information and information in header and footers. On occasions I may type a report that has the main points in it. I would like you to be able to expand the points into well constructed sentences, spell check using Australian spelling not American spelling, punctuate and format. Some of my reports shall include photos. I need you to be able to format these into tables and with small diagrams and labels.
