With over twelve years of experience in the contract management field, I have developed a diverse skill set and extensive expertise. My career began as a site engineer, where I honed my technical and project management skills. I then transitioned to a role as a contract administration engineer at the head office of one of Egypt's leading consultancy and project management firms. In this capacity, I handled various legal and contractual issues related to construction projects. My career further advanced when I joined the team working on Egypt's first nuclear power plant in El Dabaa City, located on the north coast. More recently, I have been part of the EPC Contractor team responsible for executing one of the mega projects in the railway sector in Egypt. In my roles, I have gained substantial experience in claims management, dispute resolution, claims preparation, and variation preparation. I have also been involved in reviewing and preparing contracts and agreements, ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met. I have recently relocated to the Netherlands to work in the oil and gas field, further broadening my industry experience. Additionally, I have developed a solid knowledge of England and Wales law, alongside Egyptian law, and obtained membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in the UK. I bring a comprehensive understanding of project management, legal and contractual administration, and large-scale infrastructure projects to every role I undertake.
