My passion is a work process arrangement. In a combination with a people-oriented approach it grants stable improvement of all project parameters. I find inspiration in Lean and Agile principles: Customer Value, Visual Management, Empowered Teams, Flow, Continuous Improvement (Kaizen). Theory of Constraints by E. Goldratt helps me to find the right place to apply efforts. I also believe in E. Deming’s ideas of quality obsession, and I see a lot of sense in Statistical process control method. Shewhart’s PDCA cycle is a simple and clear way to make your life better.
