My name is Andrey and I have been working in design for over 15 years. During this time, I have led teams, built products from scratch, scaled startups and helped companies find a balance between business strategy and creative vision. My specialization: product UX/UI design for SaaS, B2B, AI and complex interfaces. Born in Moscow, I fell in love with problem solving early. First it was graphic design, then product design. I have worked both in studios and independently, which gave me a broad view of processes and the ability to combine aesthetics with business results. Before starting any project, I always deeply immerse myself in the client's business and processes. I do not use artificial intelligence in communication and do not apply linear, universal solutions. For me, digital product design is not only visual beauty, but also, above all, efficiency: increasing conversion, sales and financial indicators. Beauty here is not only aesthetics, but also elegant engineering solutions, thoughtful structure, the right balance between data and intuition, and the team and processes behind the product. I am equally excited about creating a simple button in Figma and collaborating on a complex system, because in both cases the result matters. For me, design is not just a profession, it is a way to see the world and make it better. Over the years, I have implemented more than a hundred projects in the fields of medtech, fintech, media and e-commerce. The largest of them was visited by 56.4 million unique visitors per month.
