We are looking for a great content/video marketer who can help us to produce video interviews and talker videos for release on YouTube. We have all of the production in place, and are conducting video interviews on a regular basis. We need someone who can take raw interviews, and identify sections of the interviews that fit our marketing goals and content strategy, and write up the notes for the editor to edit them into segments. We will send raw video of interviews, which will be approximately 30 minutes, and you will pull out segments of 1 to 5 minutes. These segments will each be a single topic, a part of the discussion where the interviewee answers a question that would be interesting to our clients. Each segment will be made into a video that answers a question that clients are interested in. For example, if we record a 30 minute interview with an Upwork expert, we'll try to ask as many interesting questions as possible. The raw video might be turned into 3 or more segments with titles like, 'Finding the best freelancers on UpWork', 'Writing a good job description for UpWork', etc. We'll provide details about the type of content we want to include in the videos, but we really need someone who can understand content marketing well so that they can pull the most useful, interesting segments out of the videos to be edited for marketing videos. We have a video editor available to us, but we would be very open to an individual or team who can also do the editing side of things. We have existing templates for the videos and they are pretty standard interview side-by-side videos. So, it's not necessary that you can handle editing (it's rare that one person can be the producer and editor) but it would certainly be convenient. Required skills are: - excellent english skills - ability to watch content and identify segments that fit our marketing goals - ability to produce clear editing notes and shorten segments to be concise and tight - ability to propose titles and descriptions for videos Ability to handle a lot of ongoing work is a must. We can produce these very quickly and have a big backlog.
