This was my favourite part of my roles as a Progress Coach in a college and Work Placements Coordinator in a University. I was also trained as an Employment Advisor. Having a 'portfolio career' and balancing several things at once has kept me excited and ready to thrive with whatever I start. My varied experiences have enabled me to develop several skills, such as administration, communication, adaptability, organisation and empathy. Currently, I do regular freelance work as a Business Studies Tutor online in the evenings and am a Facilitator in schools where I deliver various sessions to students. I like variety, so am open to many different opportunities! My biggest achievement to date is running my jewellery business over several years. I started it when I was 17 years old and remained dedicated to manage it alongside my studies. Some of the things I did whilst running my business were as followed: * Used market research to design and produce jewellery by hand that would meet the demand of the industry * Stayed organised and up to date with administrative tasks, such as stock control spreadsheets * Recruited brand ambassadors and influencers to help promote the business * Digital marketing and social media management to drive sales, customer loyalty and expand brand exposure * Delivered great customer service and 24/7 management of the business - received many great reviews and maintained "Star Seller" status on Etsy for several consecutive months before selling my supplies and closing down the business. I have worked hard on developing a range of skills and experiences that I can use to support you with your projects. I love diving into new things!
