Hi! 👋 Are you concerned that issues during your virtual event might hurt the reputation of your brand? With 8+ years of event production experience, I deliver events that run smoothly and bring valuable results. I love working with businesses and nonprofits and helping them to make an impact with virtual events.
I believe that there are five components to a successful virtual event: an expertly managed platform, confident speakers, high-quality content, engaged participants, and measurable results.
There is a clear path to achieving this, and I can take you every step of the way to hosting an event that will not only run without a hitch, but will deliver the results that your organization needs.
I have been in the Events industry for 8+ years. In the early days, I managed several hybrid programs built with webinars, virtual roundtables, e-learning courses, and in-person training sessions. In recent years, I became focused exclusively on event production because it is paramount to the success of any virtual event.
I have helped such organizations as NDI, HRC, and ADM Capital Foundation to host impactful virtual events and worked with executive-level speakers from Unilever, DHL, Microsoft, AstraZeneca, ING, ABB, Aon, Leroy Merlin, Nemak, Bridgestone, Open Knowledge, BuildingGreen, Sustainable Minds, Stone Group, Blancco and more.
I know from years of experience that in both corporate and nonprofit environments, virtual events are a moving target. Being a follower of agile and lean production principles, I troubleshoot on the go and prevent the waste of the client’s resources where it can occur. I also prepare organizers, speakers, and moderators for contingencies so that everyone involved can be confident that the event will run smoothly.

I start the production process by identifying objectives for the given virtual event. For example, event objectives can include communicating the value of a product or service, having a discussion, engaging with participants, and networking. Your event can have a number of different objectives. Send me a message, and we will schedule a discovery call. I will suggest solutions and tools that can meet your needs and fit your budget.
Event solutions are not limited to slide sharing, moderation, and Q&A sessions. I have collected more than 40 different solutions and tools which create value that clients often don’t anticipate. Many of them do not require added resources, they just fully utilize the capabilities of the event platform to enrich the event hosting process and increase its impact.
I work with mid-size enterprises, established startups, nonprofits, and solopreneurs from various industries & fields, producing different types of virtual events - from webinars to multi-day conferences with numerous speakers, sponsors, and partners.
I can produce events for you or teach you how to do it.
Let’s connect and discuss your next virtual event and its goals. I am looking forward to bringing my expertise into its successful production.

P.S. In addition to classic virtual event formats like webinars and online conferences, I also produce unconventional events, such as lunch & learn sessions, happy hours, drop-in AMAs, and unconferences. There are many types of events to choose from and combine. The key is to find the format that will work best for your purpose and audience.
