Most of my background is in property management operations, handling the backend side that usually eats up the whole day once volume picks up. Over the years, I’ve worked with PM companies across the US handling maintenance coordination, leasing, collections, evictions, accounting support, tenant and owner communication, vendor coordination, scheduling, and general operations work. Before property management, I spent several years in customer service and leadership roles with companies like T Mobile, Lyft, Verizon, Humana, and Dexcom. A big part of that experience was handling fast paced environments, solving problems quickly, and managing communication between teams and clients. What usually helps most is that I already understand how PM workflows move day to day, so there’s very little hand holding needed once I step in. Whether it’s maintenance, tenant communication, admin work, follow ups, scheduling, or coordination tasks, I’m already used to working inside busy operations and adjusting where needed.
