๐Ÿ“ข Skip the Search | Find Your Dream Copywriter in 5 Seconds with my Foolproof 2-step Method! Tired of cycling through shifty copywriters when your brand deserves better? Itโ€™s not just you; Upwork is filled with cookie-cutter clutter and AI Spam. After boosting profits for ฬถ3ฬถ4 35 businesses, I was stunned to hear how many struggled withโ€ฆ โŒ ChatGPT proposals flooding every inbox โŒ SEO โ€œexpertsโ€ who crack after one interview โŒ Scammers cashing out without doing any work You know that finding good help is possible, and they did too: โœ… "Ian is an excellent writer who is detail-oriented AND deadline driven. I hope to work with him again soon!" - Sara Teller Industries, LLC โœ… "It was a pleasure working with Ian as he is one of the MOST professional freelancers I have ever been working with. If you want serious cooperation and high-quality, then Ian is the #1 person to go to!" - Jaroslav Jakl โœ… "Ian transformed my bland email marketing emails into emails that were SO much better than I had hoped for. His creative and unique approach to ideas for this campaign was outstanding." - Adam Goarley Hereโ€™s the two-step method that will get you past the wall of mediocrity right now! โ—Step One โ†’ The โ€œ5-Secondโ€ Ruleโ— This is gonna sound crazy, but you donโ€™t need 5 minutes to find a great copywriter. You donโ€™t even need one. The next time youโ€™re looking at proposals, simply apply this rule: โ€œeach one gets 5 seconds.โ€ What happens after that is up to you. If a copywriter canโ€™t grab your attention in 5 seconds, they canโ€™t grab your customersโ€™ either. Which leads me toโ€ฆ โ—Step Two โ†’ The โ€œStandoutโ€ Rule โ— Ever notice how 99% of Upwork profiles look the same? Itโ€™s not a coincidence. The sad truth is that most copywriters are more โ€œcopyโ€ than โ€œwriterโ€. And if they canโ€™t write original material for themselves, how can they do it for you? Luckily, thereโ€™s an easy way to weed out the fakes. Just ask this question about every profile you read: โ€œHave I seen this already, or does it stand out?โ€ And watch as you glide over the garbage to the 1% of unique, original, and creative freelancers. Thatโ€™s why I made my profile unlike anything else on Upwork. Because I know that one-in-a-million clients deserve one-in-a-million freelancers. ๐ŸŒŸ The kind that hook you instantly ๐ŸŒŸ Hold your attention relentlessly ๐ŸŒŸ And stand out like a dynamite volcano Congratulations! You now have a foolproof formula to easily and reliably find the perfect freelancer. โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” Still reading? Wellโ€ฆ Perhaps you already found what youโ€™re looking for. โœ… Someone that writes irresistible headlines โœ… Creates unforgettable offers โœ… Who sees what everyone else is doing and finds a better way Because you want the best, not the followers. But before we start, letโ€™s get on the same page about one thing. Iโ€™ll only work with you if Iโ€™m 110% sure weโ€™ll both walk away satisfied and successful. Thatโ€™s why I donโ€™t do... โŒ Content Mills โŒ Anything X-Rated โŒ AI "Writing" But if youโ€™re looking for... โœ… Email/SMS Marketing + Newsletters (Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, Beehivv) โœ… Web/Social Media Copy (Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram) โœ… VSL/TSL/Ghostwriting Then let me know exactly what your business needs, and you'll get I.T. Talk Soon, -Ian

Why are you making less than your competitors when you have a better product? I'll tell you. And without looking at your business at all, I know it's not your ads, emails, or landing pages. At least, not just one of those pieces. The real reason you're leaving money on the table is structural. Tinkering with one part of the structure produces small results. If you want revenue climbing month after month, you need to engineer a persuasive path your prospects enjoy walking down and buying from. Everything leading up to the buying moment needs to be structured just right. Your prospect needs to believe the right things โ€” about you, their problem, your solution, why now is the time to act, and why you're the only person who can truly solve it. Those shifts don't happen by accident. They have to be built into every ad, every post, every page, every email in a deliberate sequence. Get it wrong, and prospects bounce like your business is a trampoline. Get it right, and you capture new customers like a giant spider's web in a swamp. And if you go above and beyond, customers will feel relief that you caught them rather than someone worse. There's always someone worse selling a similar solution. You don't want them to win, do you? It's your duty to spin the strongest sales web you can. For your customers' sake and your business's fate. So let's get fixin'. The center of your sales system must be your email list. It's the one asset you actually own. No algorithm or platform can pull the rug out from under it. Show up consistently with a strong point of view and something worth saying, while entertaining the heck out of your readers, and you build a moat no competitor can easily breach. Email is the ultimate sales flywheel. Paid ads on Meta and organic content on LinkedIn and X pull strangers into your orbit. Lead magnets and landing pages bring them inside. Email automations and regular newsletters direct their existing desires onto your solutions. Sales pages and upsells close them and feed your business's growing appetite. I built this sales system for Live Free Academy. Ran their entire marketing operation solo. Grew their list from 5,000 to 37,000 active subscribers. Took them from five-figure ARR to seven-figure ARR in two years. By year three, courses, events, and membership generated $2.8 million. The newsletter I ghostwrote drove over 80% of revenue. A Bitcoin course that did $339K in its first year. Four events that grossed over $500K combined. Their former VP of Sales called it "one of the most impressive and frankly genius marketing campaigns I've ever seen." For AUTONOMY, I relaunched a dead newsletter and helped close 162 students into a $2Kโ€“$4.5K course. For CrowdHealth, I rebuilt onboarding sequences. Open rates went from 65% to 93%. Unsubscribes fell from 2.49% to 0.59%. Deliverability went from 60 to 96. What I do: โœ”๏ธ Meta ads and LinkedIn/X ghostwriting to pull fresh leads into your world โœ”๏ธ Lead magnets and landing pages that capture and convert โœ”๏ธ Daily and weekly email newsletters that drive 80%+ of revenue โœ”๏ธ Automations and sequences that move people through the belief shift process โœ”๏ธ Launch campaigns for courses, memberships, events, SaaS, and ecom โœ”๏ธ Sales pages and upsells built to close and compound โœ”๏ธ Full funnel audits that find exactly where your money is leaking But I'm not here to do piecemeal work. I will come in as a fractional CMO for founders who want a growth partner, not just a writer. The scope might be limited or expansive, but I will insist on seeing and understanding your full sales architecture so I can help you in the best way possible. I work with founders generating at least $100K a year who sell something that genuinely changes people's lives. If I wouldn't sell it to my wife, I won't sell it for you. If youโ€™d like to chat, send me a message right now. Tell me what your business is, what you sell, who you sell it to, and the number one challenge you're facing. I'll take it from there. Patrick

โ€œAndrew's experience in sales and high-level of empathy enabled him to create direct response content that consistently outperformed previous campaigns.โ€ โ€”Rion M. "I could not be happier with the work Andrew delivered and will have no hesitation hiring him again for copywriting. I recommend him for his creativity, high quality writing, and excellent communication skills." โ€”Shaun W. =============== I write creative, emotionally compelling sales copy that generates signups and sales. Copy that makes your prospects feel somethingโ€ฆ โŒ Without being overly sales-y โŒ Without being corny or inauthentic โŒ Without making promises your product canโ€™t back up 100% If youโ€™re on this page, itโ€™s because you need that kind of compelling sales copy for something thatโ€™s important to you. And I want to help you with that...whether or not we end up working together. So, here are some hard-won insights on how to make sure your copy connects with peopleโ€”for free. Avoid these 3 common mistakes, and youโ€™ll have taken the first step to writing irresistible sales copy. =============== ๐ŸŸก Mistake #1: Overlooking the REAL reason people buy your product People buy products (or services) for one of two reasons: to increase pleasure or to decrease pain. Itโ€™s really that simple. The motivation to buy any product on the planet can be reduced to one of those two words. Snickers bar? Pleasure. Peloton bike? Pain. Netflix subscription? Pleasure. Accounting software? Pain. Why do people buy YOUR product? What is the essential pleasure you are increasing or pain you are alleviating? Any other reason to buy your product is derivative, and automatically less compelling. Great copy will zero in on that central emotionโ€”then provide other reasons as bonuses. Which leads us too... ๐ŸŸก Mistake #2: Appealing to logic instead of emotion Humans do not make logical decisions. We make emotional decisions, then justify them with logic. Thereโ€™s an important distinction hereโ€”one that makes all the difference when it comes to writing sales copy. Boring, ineffective copy is logic driven. It focuses on facts, features, and figures. How the pros outweigh the cons. It tries to reason with people. Engaging, effective copy is emotion driven. It focuses on your deepest desires and fearsโ€”desires and fears that might seem completely unrelated to a $199.99 travel backpack, at least at first glance. Good copy makes people FEEL something. Make sure yours does too. Use it to create an emotional vacuum (however subtle) that your product can then fill. ๐ŸŸก Mistake #3: Not using a PROVEN blueprint Good copy uses certain blueprints. Concepts, structures, and approaches that have sold hundreds of millions of dollars in products and been shown to work over and over again for decades. Thereโ€™s no reason to reinvent the wheel. Youโ€™ll get the best results by modelling what the pros do and adapting it for your situation. For example, did you know that every type of lead and headline you see can be put into 8 basic categoriesโ€”each of which works best depending on your audienceโ€™s awareness level? My 3-Step Process for Writing Copy that Gets Signups and Sales โœ… 1. Understand what makes you specialโ€”and HOW to say it I have yet to meet a business owner or marketing director who hasnโ€™t heard the term โ€œUnique Selling Proposition.โ€ But when I ask about theirs, a surprising number of them have trouble articulating one thatโ€™s compelling and easy to understand... They either come up blank (rare)... OR, what they call their โ€œUSPโ€ is actually just a bunch of confusing sales jargon (much more common). If you canโ€™t quickly explain to anyone who asks why your product is better than your competitionโ€”in words that require no prior familiarity with your companyโ€”then your copy is guaranteed to disappoint. โœ… 2. Get inside the mind of your prospects and market Who are your prospects and whatโ€™s your market? Both have big implications for the most effective way to sell. For exampleโ€” Has your market been around for a while...(meaning more options, more competition, and more informed consumers)? Or is it relatively newโ€ฆ(meaning less competition and less information about your productโ€”both good and bad). โœ… 3. Design an irresistible offer The offer is the heart of your sales message. Once weโ€™re clear on your unique, USP, market, and customers, weโ€™ll be able to write an offer prospects will find very difficult to refuse. Great offers have three parts: โžœ Interesting FEATURES โžœ Clear BENEFITS โžœ Compelling PROOF Thereโ€™s a lot more I could say, but Upwork put a limit on the character count. So letโ€™s get down to business. Hereโ€™s what I can do for you: โœ”๏ธŽ Landing Pages, Sales Pages, Sales Letters, and VSLs โœ”๏ธŽ Email Copy and Autoresponder Sequences โœ”๏ธŽ Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads โœ”๏ธŽ Website Copy and Content If youโ€™re ready to SELL more: 1. Click the green โ€œInvite To Jobโ€ button on this page 2. Send a quick message on what you want to accomplish -Andrew

I have significant writing, research, and consulting skills and experience. During my 34 years as an attorney, writing legal documents was an essential part of my law practice. I regularly drafted a variety of legal documents, including without limitation, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, entity formation documents, operating agreements, securities offering documents, immigration petitions, and many other different types of contracts and agreements. It was critical that I drafted these documents in a manner consistent with my clientsโ€™ intentions. As a result, these documents had to be drafted precisely and clearly. Besides legal documents, as an attorney, I also regularly wrote letters to my clients and letters to opposing counsel or government officials, such as opinion letters on legal issues, and sales letters and proposal letters concerning possible work. In writing these letters, I had to be both informative and persuasive. My clients would commonly request my help in writing certain of their business documents, and I would โ€œghostwriteโ€ for them such documents as business plans, loan applications, and solicitations to investors. From time to time, I would review the work of other attorneys and thereby developed experience in proofreading and editing (where necessary) their writings. I also wrote speeches, seminar materials, and numerous articles on various legal and business topics for a variety of audiences, including without limitation, sponsored by American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Northwestern Mutual, Merrill Lynch, American Airlines, and Association of Legal Administrators. I also had extensive experience in researching both legal issues and other issues related to legal matters as an attorney. I am very qualified in the use of Lexis and Westlaw to research issues. Currently working as a consultant, I assist clients with writing and research projects, including without limitation, that I wrote blogs and researched and analyzed immigration issues for a company that helps people obtain visas and residence permits and citizenships in the United States and other countries around the world. My writing and research skills are very helpful to my clients as I provide business and wealth planning and other advice concerning the subjects of estate planning, asset protection planning, tax planning, series limited liability companies, corporations, and other business entities, securities, real estate, intellectual property, probate, immigration, business transactions, international business, and contracts. In connection with this work, I write a monthly newsletter. Apart from my work experience, I also have recent writing experience in helping my children with their high school essays, college application essays, and scholarship applications, and writing an obituary for a family member. I have always loved to write and truly get satisfaction from a well-crafted, coherent composition. I believe that written communication involves more than coding and emojis. I look forward to the opportunity to help others with their writing, research, and consulting needs.
