I achieved this by identifying the labor-intensive processes and automated them; this led to freeing up my time enough that I was also able to increase profits AND accelerate the cash flow of this company by reducing lead times in the operation and implementing a delivery/pick up strategy that allowed us to collect the money the same day we were settling the invoices to our supplies. As a result, labor was allocated to other business areas, and deliveries were 70% faster.
