I'm a budding digital artist, software engineer, and I would dare say, a prompt engineer. By making use of artificial intelligence, I am exploring the possibilities of the newest technologies in creating art, but also in software engineering. I use my skills in computer science to strengthen my approach to digital art.
Are you looking for digital art, generated by AI? Do you need tech support? Maybe you're looking for a software developer to help with a website / software project? Or perhaps you're looking for a custom approach to it all? Please consider me!
-My toolset for creating art includes the use of closed- and open source applications of AI, from photo restoration to generation (GFPGAN, Lama Cleaner, DALL-E, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion).
Moreover, I use more "contemporary" software such as GIMP and Blender3D, for 2D and 3D-related artworks respectively.*
I can produce new art based off of input images, and/or textual descriptions, as well as paint new elements inside or outside of provided images, or any combination of these. I can edit with GIMP, as well as remove unwanted details, improve faces, restore old images, upscale, and more, by combining other AI tools (GFPGAN, lama cleaner) with more "contemporary" tools like GIMP for 2D-related artworks, and Blender for 3D. I also think there is beauty in the raw art that AI produces. The choice is always yours. I would love to create something beautiful together! Check my portfolio for a showcase of what I've done!
- I have recently used AI to aid in the creation of game-ready textures, and applied to simple 3D assets. Check my portfolio!
- I have experience with many programming languages and software.** To name a few:
(Programming languages) Python, C, C#, Java
(Web development) JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, SQL
(Game development) Unity3D, Unreal Engine, Roblox, RecRoom.
- By combining my skills in programming and art, my work is truly multidisciplinary. For example, making generative art by combining artificial intelligence which generates art, with automated code written by me, it would be possible to make art being generated on the fly; think about a game where the player's item is actually generated by AI at the moment they receive it. To extrapolate this even further, a possibility would be to create an NFT by placing this new art on the blockchain (all automated, of course) and then the player would truly own their earned item. Moreover, this perfectly ties into the currently upcoming model of "Play-to-earn" that is associated with crypto.
- When it comes to tech support, I have a wide array of software that I have worked with. During my time at "Student At Home", I have helped many different people, all with their own set of different (mainly software-related) issues. As such, I have seen my fair share of troubleshooting, OSes (think PC: Windows, MacOS, Linux, but also mobile: iOS, Android, Windows Phone, etc.) and general software-related inquiries (too many to name). Moreover, I have a decent amount of hardware-related (personal) experience, from building my own gaming desktop, to repairing broken iPhone screens.
TL;DR: I am able to come up with multidisciplinary solutions between the worlds of art and software.
I hope this has shown you enough about me to get the conversation started.
Now I want to hear from you!
*: This is not an exhaustive list, and I am also able to pick up new software quickly to add to my workflow. For example, in the past I have used Cinema4D, Autodesk Maya, and Autodesk 3DSMax, for 3D, but I have given a more recent look into my toolset, in this example being Blender3D.
Please do ask me if there is anything you are looking for that's not on here, so we can see if it is within my knowledge, or within its possible future domain!
**: Again, non-exhaustive. I can learn to use yours, too!
