My rates are as follows: General text translations: $0.07/word Medical/legal/technical: $0.9/word Proofreading: $0.045/word Please note that I do not do MTPE, and the proofreading rate only applies to man made translations. I prefer to work with Trados files, but I can also handle Word and Excel documents. Translating PDF files might require an additional fee if the file is a photocopy that needs to be retyped before translating.
