Recent clients include working as an Accounting Manager for over a year for a company that owned an interior design business, custom imports, thirteen commercial properties, and a host of other real estate investment properties. Another recent client where I fulfilled the role as an Accountant for a boutique-style real estate, development, and construction company. In this role, I was primarily responsible for preparing tax returns for all three businesses, requesting and recording bank draws, preparing loan documents, monthly lender compliances and reporting, payroll, vendor deliverable management, monitoring spending and budgets, auditing and analyzing financial performance, financial forecasting, and risk analysis, advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits, compiling and presenting financial and budget reports, ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations, keeping account books and systems up to date, and improving processes, automating systems while increasing quality, and productivity.
