I have always been able to exceed the budgeted goals assigned to me and my team. To be able to exceed goals annually, a strong sales calendar and a weekly tracker is essential. The effectiveness of our CRM program is in direct relation to how accurate the data is, how much our sales team relies on the programs and which would dictate the accuracy of the data we, in return, can use. We utilize a touch point system that requires each client to have useful and impactful interactions. The off season will require monthly events which are designed to help cultivate relationships. Revenue forecasting, managing sales goals, reporting and expenses are key management skills that are crucial in our success. The customer relation manager software I have experience with is Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, and the built in CRM components with Archtics and Paciolan. I was instrumental in designing the CRM for the Las Vegas Aces and we used Dynamics and I have used Pipedrive and Salesforce multiple times. I went through the bidding process and implementation with Salesforce. In summary, I have been the business of creating experiences for current and future fans/clients for over 15 years.
