Looking for someone helpful and friendly to be our customer support representative via an IM chat program that is running on our website. We are a web based analytics software that helps users research data. Think of it like Microsoft Excel but web based. We have just installed a new chat module into our platform that allows users to IM chart with us. We need someone to be the customer service representative on behalf of our company. You will be answering general questions about our platform, technical issues potentially and other relevant questions. We will make sure to give you the training you need to succeed. As we are just starting the chat support, there might be very light traffic/requests initially. So much of the time you will have free but you will still need to be available to answer chat messages immediately. Primarily will be serving US based customers and working US working hours (that means 7am PST to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday).
