I am looking to have someone write 10 nutritious meal plans which cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and "snacks" (snacks can be substituted for additional meals for muscle building).
Each meal should be easy to prepare, should be able to be "meal-prepped" in advance and should taste good! I require the approximate macronutrient profile and calorie count for each meal.
Experience in bodybuilding, nutrition, sports or dietetics is highly regarded. More details available to the right applicant.
