Our company is implementing Zoho. We do not have Zoho experience. We need someone who has extensive Zoho experience and is very available to help us rapidly implement it.
We have the following requirements for its setup.
- Sales funnel tracking
- Custom fields on leads/accounts
- Hierarchy; some customers have multiple accounts, each of which are managed separately
- CRM functionality - tracking contact with them
- Scheduled emails from Zoho with some charts (sales funnel, etc)
- A way to link to our email accounts (Office365) to automatically suck in emails back and forth with accounts, detected by email address(es)
- Push data into Zoho for use in reports
- Workflows, triggered by events such as setting a go-live date. These workflows would generate tasks such as follow-up etc.
Some of the above we don't know how to do it, so we are looking for someone to spend a few weeks helping us set it up.
Please ask questions sufficient to determine whether you can perform all of the above. Our preference is to get a freelancer who can do all of these tasks, not just some of them.
