we need to enter invoice and payment data into our zoho books account for approx. 300-500 invoices. Therefore, we look for someone taking over the data entry.
You will obtain collection of scanned invoices and payment documents (e. g. payment slips). These invoices, document as well as the contained information will need to be entered into our zoho books system.
This task is basically constituted of two sub-tasks:
(1) Entry of invoice data
- Select or enter (if not already available in the system) the supplier
- Enter the invoice number
- Enter the invoice date
- Enter the invoice due date (if applicable)
- Enter the invoice items incl. the categorization of the expenses in the available categories
The tax amounts
- Upload the invoice pdf
- Attribute and upload any related documents to the invoice (e. g. payment slips, payment reminders, etc.)
(2) Entry of payment data (if available)
- Entry of the payment amounts (possible in payment installments)
- Entry of payment date
- Entry of payment method (credit card, t/t, etc.)
- Entry of payment account (Bank names, etc.)
- Entry of payment reference if available (on the payment slips.
IMPORTANT: We are a Hong Kong Company and some of the documents are in Chinese. It would thus be of help if you can read Chinese.
We would appreciate a fee per data entry (e. g. USD per invoice) as we do not know the exact amount of invoices.
The project shall start in June.
