Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results
  • Nurture strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals and objectives
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Use sales data to help with the pricing of products
