And I take a lot of enjoyment out of producing great results. That is the best. And I have a lot of experience adjusting scripts for the different companies I've worked for to produce better results. Most of the time it's worked! My customer support on the back end is quick and thorough. I’m always trying to get better at my job. I push hard thru a lull until it’s over. And I do huge follow up. I have worked in various industries since I have been freelancing including: AI answering services, Google PPC Marketing Services, Health Care i.e. Doctors, Dentists, Chiropractors, Solar, SaaS, Real Estate Pay Per Lead Services & Immigration Law for Extraordinary Ppl. As far as the conversions go, I also want to make sure my customers get the support they need and deliver on a good product that has a lot of value, with incentives for them signing up. I'm a great appointment setter especially when the appt offers a freebie at the end for the prospect to keep either way. That works really well for me. Same with sales & closing freebies. As far as the CRMs I’ve used: HUBSPOT (My specialty, most exp/expertise) Go High Level Follow Up Boss Five-Nine Iris Custom, Client Made CRMs Others I have my own, upgraded Hubspot CRM available, if necessary you don't need to have your own crm and dialer, I can provide that for you. I’m also fine using Google Sheets and can integrate. If you already have a CRM that's great too. As far as what I have achieved since 2022: Prior to freelancing: 1. 3-5 Appointments per day in a call center Payment Processing. 2. Best in Class/Top of Class Sales, Payment Processing. Various prizes awarded for number and volume of deals. As a freelancer: 1. Taking $100, $500, $1000 payments over the phone on a weekly basis. 2. Top result, Secured $10k monthly subscription. 3. Produced $15k+ recurring stream of rev for real estate ppl service in 4 months. 3. 5-7 Appointments per day in a 4 hour window pitching pharmaceutical reps. 35/wk 4. Made my way into consistently producing at a HIGH TICKET LEVEL, $10k-11k service for a Law Firm via: Video Sales Calls. Produced $150k in new biz. I work best on a flat hourly rate, currently $50/hr.
