He was also responsible for Business-Process-Reengineering of supply chain and contributed towards bringing efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement and ordering processes and reducing lead time. He efficiently uses PwC’s tools for his work. I was involved in the BPR most recognized and distinguished hospitality brand with presence across 7 cities. During the course of assignment, I was also involved in the Demerger of Food Division and the remaining divisions into two separate entities. Work on Demerger included Business Valuation (using PwC e-Valuation), feasibility of demerger, cost –benefit analysis, valuation of assets (including intangible assets e.g. Brands, customer lists etc.), post-demerger synergies, tax implications and benefits from de-merger and survival plans including cash flow projections, budgets and development of Internal Controls and Business Processes I worked Pepsi Cola (Snacks Division) for a period of 3 months.
