I was born in The Netherlands, graduated from a school in commercial and administrative education in 1992 and followed several marketing courses after that. In 2003 I started my own company in Customer Service. Since then I have been doing customer service in English and Dutch for many companies, mostly phone companies specialized in VOIP. A few years ago I also started doing translations. For example, I did Dutch-English translations of player interviews for the Union of European Football Associations at the European Championships in 2016.
