I've been a recruiter and an HR rep for over 20 years. My strengths are in candidate & hiring manager relationships, ability to recruit for a broad range of industries, and being incredibly flexible to meet changing hiring needs. I've recruited both virtually and onsite, and have proven that I can meet and exceed expectations w/a minimum of supervision. I screened on average, 20 plus candidates a week, with a submittal rate of 75 to 85% of those screened.
