I'm seeking a detail-oriented and professional Scheduling and Calendaring Assistant to support appointment setting and schedule coordination. This part-time role involves making phone calls and managing calendars. Responsibilities: Place calls to individuals who are either expecting your outreach or have been informed of the possibility. Clearly explain the purpose of the call using a provided script. (These are not sales calls) Request and record email addresses if they are not provided. Schedule appointments based on a shared calendar and align them with planned visits to specific areas, primarily within the San Francisco Bay Area. Utilize Google Maps for geographical context. Facilitate secondary calls if needed to coordinate appointments or obtain additional contact information. Refer challenging or problematic calls back to the employer for further handling. Ensure all calls are professional and brief, generally lasting only a few minutes. Make calls between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Qualifications: Ability to effectively use tools like Google Maps to understand the region. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow a script and adapt as needed. Proficient in scheduling tools and calendar management. Reliable and organized with an attention to detail. Work Details: This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
