Facilitate secondary calls if needed to coordinate appointments or obtain additional contact information. Refer challenging or problematic calls back to the employer for further handling. Ensure all calls are professional and brief, generally lasting only a few minutes. Make calls between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Qualifications: Ability to effectively use tools like Google Maps to understand the region. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow a script and adapt as needed. Proficient in scheduling tools and calendar management. Reliable and organized with an attention to detail. Work Details: This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
