One of my most intriguing projects was the Executive Leadership Forum on National Security Conference that I managed for Major General Barbara Faulkenberry from the conception of the event through the final attendee survey. It allowed me to grow in multitasking and learning how to stay calm when things did not go as planned, as I had to navigate how best to collaborate with high level international executives and the highest levels of the military. While ensuring all 50 executives’ needs were met, I realized that I love every aspect of white glove customer service and client engagement. I created and maintained the website for the Executive Leadership Forum on National Security; I made and uploaded video content to our Superior Chamber website when I worked there; and I maintain and update the websites for my association management clients. I also use Constant Contact regularly for communication and email marketing campaigns. As for social media, I have come to realize how essential it is to understand the importance of using your influencers are and connectivity. I am self-motivated and am good at prioritization and time management whether it be for a community event, an intimate “dine around” program, or a FAM (familiarization with Keystone) weekend.
