I'm an AI voice agent developer. I hate calling a business and getting stuck with a clunky, robotic phone menu. I build low-latency, natural-sounding AI receptionists with Vapi and Retell AI. I help businesses fix their inbound call and outbound campaign bottlenecks. Most companies just want the phone answered and the leads put on their calendar. I set up Twilio Voice and ElevenLabs Turbo V2 so the AI sounds like a real person instead of a tin can. I connect these voice agents to GPT-4o or Claude so they can handle complex questions from your knowledge base. I spend a lot of time on latency tuning. A long awkward pause kills the conversation. I fix that. I don't just set up a basic prompt and call it a day. Real businesses have messy data. Callers mumble, mispronounce things, or give incomplete addresses. I build fuzzy matching and scoring algorithms in n8n so your system actually knows what the customer is talking about. I use webhooks and REST APIs to tie everything together behind the scenes. If a caller has an emergency, like a burst pipe or an urgent medical issue, I build a warm transfer to get them to a real person fast. You probably need your calls to do actual work.
