I started out my career in sales and then into corporate recruiting at a large company and decided to put my career on hold after having my third child. Focusing all of my attention on being a wife and mother to my 3 children has been my greatest joy and privilege. After having some time off, I re-entered the work world part time consulting with small businesses to help set up, organize, and establish their own HR department to manage their employees more effectively.
