You take two weeks off. By day three the texts start 🚨, and by day five YOU'RE ANSWERING EMAILS from a beach chair and calling it a vacation. It works that way because the business still runs through YOU. Every process, every exception, every "wait, how do we do this again?" I've spent 12 years building the version where it doesn't. New to Upwork. Very much not new to this. If your business runs on sticky notes, three group chats, and hope — we should talk (and for what it's worth, I backed all of this up with an MBA, because I wanted to understand the business side of operations as well as the task side.) Here's the deal. I'm brand new to Upwork, so you're not going to see a wall of five-star reviews on this page yet. What you will see is 12 years of actually doing this work — in person, remote, for small teams and bigger ones — being the person who steps in when things are messy and makes them not messy anymore. I'm not going to pretend that's the same as platform history. It's not. But if you've ever hired someone with 400 reviews and a burnt-out, going-through-the-motions vibe, you know reviews and results aren't always the same thing. What you're getting with me right now is someone who's hungry to earn that first round of 5-stars and still has all the judgment that comes from over a decade of doing this for real. WHAT I ACTUALLY DO I come in, figure out where your business is losing time or money, and fix it. That's it. Sometimes that looks like building out a project management system so nothing falls through the cracks. Sometimes it's untangling a process that used to work when you were smaller and now just creates chaos. Sometimes it's just being the person who remembers the thing everyone else forgot. Rebuilt a client onboarding process that had been living in one person's head. New hires got up to speed in 5 business days. A few ways that shows up: 📋 Systems and workflows — setting up tools like Notion, ClickUp, Asana (or whatever you're already using) so your team actually knows what to do and when 🔥 Process cleanup — finding the bottleneck everyone's annoyed about but nobody's fixed yet 📞 Day to day ops support — inbox, calendar, vendor or team coordination, the stuff that eats your time but has to get done 📈 SOPs and documentation — so the business doesn't fall apart the one week you're on vacation 🧩 Tool setup and migration — moving you off spreadsheets and into something that scales HOW I WORK I don't just show up and start clicking buttons. Here's the actual process: First, I ask a bunch of questions — what's broken, what's just annoying, what have you tried already Then I map out what's actually going on before touching a single tool or workflow I build the fix — whether that's a system, a process, or just me taking something off your plate I make sure you (or your team) actually know how to use whatever I build — no walking away and leaving you confused I stick around after. I'm not disappearing the day the invoice gets paid. WHO THIS IS FOR Honestly, if you're a founder or small business owner who feels like you're the bottleneck in your own company — nothing moves unless you personally touch it — that's exactly who I love working with. You don't need this fixed by someone with 1,000 Upwork hours. You need someone who can actually see the problem and knows what to do about it. That's the part I'm confident about. Probably not your person if you want someone to just quietly execute a task list. I'm going to notice things, I'm going to tell you about them, and most importantly I'll want to help you FIX them. WHAT YOU GET You get someone who treats your business like it's actually mine to protect, not just a task list to clear. You get responsiveness — I'm not juggling twenty other clients yet, so you're not waiting three days to hear back from me. And you get someone who's going to tell you the truth about what's actually broken, even if it's not the thing you asked me to look at. If any of this sounds like your business right now, send me a message and tell me what's on fire. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person to put it out.
