Looking for an experienced virtual assistant to assist me during four live webinars on October 14 and 15. I will also need some time with you before the webinar dates to go over details and expectations. I would like to meet with you via Skype.
You should have excellent English skills, have strong attention to detail, strong email skills, preferably have webinar support experience, and excellent customer service skills. *Important* You must be available for all four of the live webinar sessions. Your responsibilities will include: monitoring the chat during the webinar, answering any questions that you have answers to (I will provide a list of commonly asked questions and their answers), logging questions you don't know the answers to, proofing the PowerPoint slides, scheduling the recording of the webinars, contacting tech support if necessary, monitoring email, checking links, and more.
You must be an excellent multi-tasker and remain calm and productive under pressure.
