I need a translation of an interview I did with Armel Le Cléac'h, who is about to compete in the Vendée Globe, a singlehanded round-the-world race starting next month from France.
The audio is approx 15 minutes long, and I would like to receive a finished translation by 9am (London time) on Monday 24 October at the latest. Sooner is better.
Please listen to the audio here and decide if you think you can manage this job effectively. Some of the language is quite technical and sailing related, so if that puts you off then maybe you shouldn't apply.
The audio is here: http://www.sailjuice.com/articles/20161020#.WAjZjJMrJE4
And you can find out more about Armel and the Vendée Globe here. This could be useful to help you understand some of the language. He also talks about his clothing sponsor, Musto.
If you can't understand any of the words, please put a time code where you have the problem, and write the word 'GLITCH' so I know where to listen for myself to fill in the blanks.
