Seeking for a competent interpreter who can actually provide a standard online service to
our customers within specific regions. The Interpreter is responsible for providing French language interpretation & translation to our customers and staff in English language. The employee must be able to demonstrate language proficiency & provide interpretation in an accurate, warm and caring manner.
-Provides written translation of various documents from the source language to the target
-Manage French translations, work to define best practices and policies for the team & facilitate audits of translated materials.
-Diplomatically resolve customer' complaints or direct them to proper Administrator, when needed.
-Perform general office duties and support team work, when needed.
