A restaurant is a hectic environment where you've got to learn how to work with a lot of different kind of people like angry chefs and hungry customers. Where you need to perform as efficiently as humanly possible with a smile on your face. Even though I left the field with a "never again" on my mind I still greatly respect it. It taught me a lot. In those ten plus years I studied audio visual communications so I have a pretty good understanding of the media scene.
