I have worked in an administrative capacity for more than 25 years in many varied positions. I am proficient in all Microsoft programs and with the internet and all its applications. I have worked overseas in Corfu Greece for UK-based companies mostly in the leisure travel industry and my roles have covered a whole range, from airport meet and greet, daily administration work, speaking to tourists with problems, financial co-ordinator, and legal assistant. My most recent position as a cost containment executive has been very interesting and opened up another aspect of the travel industry in terms of travellers claiming their holiday insurance. I now have a good working knowledge of the verification of insurance policies and their terms and conditions. Also working with insurance companies that assist South American clients travelling all over Europe, working, Studying or on holiday. In the capacity of a 24 assistance line setting up doctors, hospitals or other appointments throughout Europe. My short-term positions have been in the UK working very successfully on many exciting and varied winter projects. Especially the project for British Airways and assistant to the executive chef for Skychefs both of these at Heathrow Airport. I take a methodical and logical approach to my work and get great satisfaction in obtaining the best results for my employer. For the past 6 months, I have had the fortune to work for an AI company helping to train many different language models. Training them to be more honest, helpful and not adversarial in any way. This has given me a lot of experience with working with AI models.
