I've worked for a Debt Collections Agency both as an Administration clerk and a registered call center agent. My roles as an Admin clerk included assisting with and resolving account queries, logging of payments. Call Center agent was as and when the need arose. I learnt vital listening and tactful communication skills and I enjoyed great satisfaction when I was able to assist a client. Currently I work in the Transport field - camera monitoring and investigation which I quite enjoy as I am very observant and give attention to detail. this work appeals to the " CSI " in me. I enjoy working people , learning and improving myself daily.
