    My experience from my previous jobs. I have been working as a freelance English-Korean(Korean-English) translator for 4 years. My main fields are media(including games), technical, and business translation. I experienced translating technical, business, medical, and many other fields when I was working with a company named 'Edge Translation'. The company usually offered me some projects related to business and technical documents so I got familiar with these two fields. The longest tech-document I translated was a 40-page research paper about the materials used as the ink of 3D printers and the most difficult business document was an 'Article of Association' of a company. After that, I started to work with an individual non-profit game translation team named 'Team-Waldo'. I took part in translating two games and the name of the games are 'The Elder Scroll: Skyrim - Enderal' and 'Divinity: the Origin Sin 2'. I got very confident about my media-related translation skill after I finished the project and this lead me to work with a gaming company named ©Soulfinger. At ©Soulfinger, I mainly translate the contents of the game and business emails. My strength. I am very confident that I am strong at and love using 'Cultural Translation'. There are 3 different things I focus on when I translate the requested document in one language to another one. The 3 different translating methods are 'Liberal', 'Literal', and 'Cultural' translations and my greatest strength is the 'Cultural Translation' 'Cultural' translation is mainly used when I am working on a media-related project and casual business email translation. It is because I consider Translating one language to another means to translate one culture to another. Only using 'Literal Translation' may cause misunderstandings between the reader and the writer. Therefore, I translate the entire culture to make people read and understand the translated lines smoothly without lengthy annotations. However, I use 'Liberal Translation' when it is impossible to apply 'Cultural Translation'.
