Administrative & Accounting Needs
Several years of administrative and accounting experience including but not limited to: accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll, data base maintenance, compiling reports, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing and data entry. I have assisted in month end closing activities, collections and account reconciliation. Non-profit experience includes grant writing 990 preparation, human resources, budget management, allocation plans and management. Scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, along with composing proposals and contracts, ordering merchandise and other task as assigned. Assisted in the new construction project by meeting with contractors and making sure all permits were accurate and up to date. Assisted the owner with composing contracts, setting appointments and handling personal business. I have worked in several accounting programs such as Peachtree, ACCPAC, QuickBooks, People Soft, and Solomon to name a few.
