You will get a procurement service provider focused on delivering sustainable value from emerging global markets for our clients. While offering a complete sourcing service to companies across the globe looking to procure apparel effectively from low-cost countries, we understand the challenges involved and work in partnership to address the risks and deliver results to the bottom line.
Every apparel product is unique, so every sourcing activity will differ a little bit. I identify 10-15 different factories and verify them. I collect all the data from them and place it all in the supplier file I create for you. I narrow down suppliers to the top 2 based on multiple factors and order samples (price, quality, certification, delivery etc). You always need at least 2 suppliers, to make sure you have a backup. I will calculate shipping cost as well (sea, air, rail if applicable).
